Abe and Ali are fantastic! Joevante and I worked with these two gentlemen regarding a claim and I've gotta say it was one of the smoothest transactions thus far. Very caring, professional, great to work and talk with. They made the whole process from start to finish smooth and easy. Outstanding customer service. Do yourself a favor and stop by if you need assistance with your vehicle(s). Can't wait to work with them again!

I would strongly advise anyone to think twice before doing business with Interstate Auto Repair. If I could give zero stars, I would. My vehicle was broken into while it was sitting on their property. The incident was caught on camera, yet instead of taking responsibility or showing any concern, I was told they “don’t care” because it happened after business hours and that I should just go through my insurance company. To make matters worse, I was met with unprofessional behavior and was cursed at when trying to discuss the situation. Not only did they refuse to help resolve the issue, but they also refused to refund my money despite the circumstances. Customer service, professionalism, and accountability appear to be nonexistent here. If you’re leaving your vehicle with a repair shop, you should expect it to be treated with care and respect. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I will never return and would not recommend this business to anyone looking for honest, professional service.

Had a cylinder misfire they gone get you in and out, excellent customer service no problems no getting over on you 10/10 coming here for future problems Fashoo

This is my first time using this shop. First I appreciate that they were able to fix my car in a timely manner. My exhaust was severely rusted and the previous ppl did a bad job. They showed me the problem before they fixed it, and gave me economical choices one that patches the problem or eliminates it. ( I don’t got $$$ like that). I will recommend them and return if I have any other problems. Please be advised it’s CASH ONLY. I didn’t have cash but they waited for me to get it from the near by ATM.
